Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit. You don't need to enter payment details to sign up. If we ever change this, existing Starter merchants will be given at least 60 days notice.
Stamp loyalty is simple: buy X, get a stamp. Collect enough stamps, earn a reward. Spend-based rewards work differently — the customer earns a percentage of every rand they spend back as credit (cashback). For example, a coffee shop might offer 5% back on every purchase. Spend-based rewards are available on the Growth plan and above.
Yes — you can upgrade any time from your merchant dashboard. Your existing loyalty cards, members, and stamp history carry over. There's no migration required.
Your account drops back to the Starter plan. Your members keep their cards and stamps. Features beyond Starter (spend-based rewards, extra programmes) become inactive, but no customer data is lost.
It's a flat monthly fee — not per-member, not per-transaction. Growing your member base doesn't increase your bill.
No. Push notifications and stamps are unlimited on all plans. We don't charge per event — you can post specials and notify your full member base as often as you like.
